Digital Account Manager – Paid & Email Marketing (6 mo. contract)

What your role would be at Goatsocial

As a Digital Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the day to day marketing activities of our clients digital accounts. We manage Pay Per Click Advertising through Facebook, Google, YouTube and other various ad networks, as well as email marketing strategy and campaigns for our clients. You’ll be responsible for delivering results on behalf our clients that contribute to their overall business success.

This role requires a high-level of responsibility, and great communication skills. You’ll be the main contact for our ongoing Digital Marketing clients.


  • Be the front line in communication with our clients
  • Participate in strategic planning with our team and our clients
  • Manage monthly budgets allocated by our clients
  • Assist in scoping out marketing campaigns early in the business development cycle
  • Work with our User Experience Designers to build user journeys and funnels
  • Create and execute ad campaigns in Facebook, Google Ad Words, Ad Sense, YouTube and more
  • Create and execute email marketing campaigns, automations and conditional based responses in Drip and Mailchimp
  • Manage monthly budget and hour allocations internally
  • Report on client specific metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Craft campaign ideas with our team and our clients


Required Skills & Experience
  • 1-3 years experience in an agency environment
  • 1-3 years working with clients face to face
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress and Craft
  • High level understanding of brand development, web design, development and digital marketing
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple project-tracks in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced digital literacy and problem solving ability
  • Experience in Adobe Suite & Sketch
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Understanding of industry specific metrics like ROI, ROAS, Deliverability Rates, Open Rates and more
